Service rating : Ordered sympathy flowers for a friend and presumed they had been delivered. It was almost a week later, and after the funeral, that I discovered she hadn’t received anything so had to get in touch with serenata to arrange late delivery. Very embarrassing and disappointing.
Product : Apparently the flowers that eventually arrived we’re nice.

Service rating : I used Serenata to order some flowers for my mother’s birthday. The site was easy to use and I cannot fault the service. Constant communication as to the whereabouts of my order until it arrived, so I always had confidence that it would get there!
Product : My only qualm is that the flowers were not really to the standard I expected. I was expecting a larger bouquet due to the price (and image on the site), and though the lillies were yet to bloom, a few of the others flowers looked slightly wilted and I assume won’t last long. A little disappointing.

The flowers were a total joke and that akin to bad quality service station/garage flowers. Do yourself a favour & avoid this Company like the plague. Also, next day delivery meant they arrived at 7pm too! If your on a budget and want to throw £25 down the drain then use this Company! You’re better off getting a decent bunch from M&S. A truly poor service and most importantly a BAD product.

I placed two seperate orders, to be delivered to two different addresses. However, both were mistakenly delivered to the same address. Despite my asking for clarification (and a refund) on more than one occasion, these requests have been completley ignored. I will not be placing another order with Serenata and nor will I be reccommending them to anyone else due to their awful customer service.

I was extremely disappointed with the strawberry sundae bunch as it bore no real resemblance to your image on-line & was very expensive for what it was. I will not be using your service again because of this. You’re only as good as your last bunch of flowers & both bouquets I bought were inadequate. I have photographs of both should you wish to see them & compare to your own images.

I recently placed 2 orders, one after the other. The first arrived no problem, the second was cancelled by the company on the day due to a ’techinical error’. Following this email, on the morning of the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I have received no further information from them.

My mum said the flowers she got were really lovely. However, she was in all day and didn’t get them until late the day after when I questioned her to see if she had got them. They had been left in the garage and the delivery man hadn’t even bothered to ring the bell and let her know.

My Mum is too polite to say anything but I had to go out and buy her something else for Mothers day as I was so disappoined and embarrassed. My brother bought her a bunch of flowers from Tesco for £10 and they we much better, fresher and more flowers including lilys.

Service rating : I welcome the chatty informative emails confirming delivery. However I am slightly disappointed that my mother felt the flowers were underwhelming due to some of them being in bud rather than flower.
Product : The pictures on the net look lovely but this particular bunch of flowers. On arrival my mother was not so impressed. This is a shame. Hopefully they will improve with age!

Service rating : No email communication when flowers were ordered, only after they were delivered. The onsite order tracking was also inaccurate.

Service rating : I had to phone my daughter to find out if she received the flowers I ordered - because the message I sent with them was not delivered. That caused some trouble in the family as her husband thought the flowers were from an admirer.
In fact what was meant to be a happy surprise turned into trouble all round. I was surprised not to have heard from her and worried that the flowers had not been delivered.
