I am particularly delighted and impressed by the standard of your service because they were a few problems with my order created by me. The true quality of a service is how you manage crisis in service delivery. I must say that my objective of getting the flowers to the funeral was achieved and for this I am delighted with the star quality of your service. A colleague recommended your service and I can say that I was not dissapointed with the regular communication and the overall result. I will definitely return. and will spread the word on how brilliant your service is.

Despite my request for patience the box which contained the flowers was thrown over the back wall. My mother’s 90th birthday was that day, she has severe arthritis in her feet and cannot walk fast.

I have emailed you with the above complaint and not heard anything back. This is bad customer service.

Fine- nothing exceptional

Have ordered three times now and twice the orders have been late (including this latest order) even though I paid extra for this service.

Product : A birthday bouquet for my sister, flowers filled five vases. She said they made her smile every time she walked in the room and the perfume and colour was glorious.

Service rating : The flowers I ordered for Friday 31 August did not arrive. Having made several phone calls I learned the bouquet was still at the warehouse this was on Sunday the 2 September. I re-arranged delivery for Thursday 6th September, only to find out the original bouquet was delivered on Tuesday 4th September in a shabby condition - left in the porch and the flowers wilting. Another phoned called ensured that a new bouquet would arrive on the Thursday 6th September when my sister would be home. On the day I received a text to say it had been delivered and an email. But why was I not informed of the original delay and the fact that my bouquet birthday present to my sister did not and would not be delivered?
Product : The flowers were very beautiful but I am so disappointed and feel very let down by your company and the way it was handled. It would have been polite to have let me know what was happening. This bouquet was for a very special birthday and was to be the centre piece on the dining table for a party - what a shame it was all spoilt by your inefficiency. I am sorry I will not be using your company again.

Delivered as ordered. Flowers said to be ’lovely’.

I placed the order by internet on Sunday and the delivery was supposed to be after 2pm on Monday. On Monday night I spoke to my niece who had not received the flowers. I checked my phone and e-mails and found I had an e-mail telling me that they had experienced a technological problem and the recipients details had not been recorded. They had my phone number but didn’t contact me this way which would have saved a lot of time. When I managed to contact them on Tuesday morning I was told the flowers would not be delivered until Wednesday afternoon, two days late. Just not an acceptable level of service in my opinion. There was only a curt apology when I phoned on Tuesday and little interest in me as a customer. I won’t use the company again.

Paid to have flowers delivered before 1pm but they didn’t turn up till 2pm which was a bit disappointing as I paid extra for delivery before 1pm

simply for the occassion

the vase was to big, flowers fell over, when put in, had a small one at home, so ok.

We were very happy to have such a supportive service especially as we live abroad. We will use the service again for other birthdays for our family. Thank you!

my wife was very pleased with the flowers

I didn’t see the flowers but the recipient was very pleased with the arrangement.

It was a nice bunch of flowers but as it is no cheaper than other florists and the customer service is not great, I won’t be going through Serenata again.
