Product : No feedback from recipient so can only comment on the bouquet from the point of view from the website picture.

Previously good service damaged by removal of phone service line. Sometimes you need a quick answer and you can’t get it online. And sometimes you can’t get online. Having used Serenata exclusively over several years I will now be looking for an alternative with phone service.

Service rating : Hugely disappointed with the services provided. Flowers not delivered on the 25th April as requested - couldn’t find the location although the same address has been used before. Delivery tried again on Friday 26th - driver ’ran out of time’ to deliver them!!! Eventually arrived on Saturday 27th! Will not use Serenata again.

The stuck on insert looked lost in a card of this size and the font was too small. The card itself was larger than necessary and the stuck on insert was too small.

flowers and service excellent but very disappointed when I saw the card. message had been typed in very small font, roughly cut out and worst of all, it only had a speck of glue so most of the edges were not pasted on AND IT WAS SQUINT AND SO UGLY. WHAT a great disappointment after the glowing review I previously gave to the company. This area needs to be sorted immediately. I paid for the card and what a waste when I looked inside.

I was dissappointed with the message card you sent. It was not the same as on the web page and as it was on display at my friends house (they were having a large party). It was also a missed opportunity to advertise your company as there was no company name on it.

Flowers have not yet been received!!!!!! They were a surprise for my daughters 30th birthday on 1st March but I they were going out at 7pm for dinner and they still had not arrived. I received a text from my son in law this morning to say a note had been left when they were out last night. Unfortunately they are both out working all day today so no one there to take them in. I’m not happy, £42 wasted :(

Living in France and needing the flowers to arrive as soon as possible I was able to order on Sunday and they were delivered on Monday. Beautiful quality flowers ( saw them on Skype!) and very efficient process of delivery. Great company to add to my address book.

I ordered one for someone to arrive on 15 September for a birthday and they didn’t arrive until Monday 17 September, so I was disappointed with that, although, not disappointed enough not to order again for someone else, as I was told the flowers were lovely.

Little response from company following email stating flowerswere delivered nocontact number having established they were not. Took three emails before agreed to redeliver to address ( which was selected from their list) total of six days late not confident in the service offered/provided

I live in Australia now and my mum still in the UK. She has been so ill and hospitals now dont allow flowers in the ward over there, sonow she is in a nursing home it was my first chance to let her know we are thinking of her everyday. The flowers not only arrived on time,but I had emails to tell me where they were!!! Mum loved the flowers, they are at the end of her bed, she said the blue was so beautiful, so thank you Serenata, from a daughter so far away.!!!

Service rating : Site was easy to use. Took paypal so no long form filling.
Product : The actual flowers were not as per the photo and were small and only a few stems for the price. A local place delivered 3 times the size for 20. I only ordered as my Step dad was next to me and wanted them the next day. They did arrive next day which is why they were poor not rated bad. Again these were not for me only ordered by me as I had net access and could pay.

We didn’t want an anniversary card, just a free blank card with an anniversary message, but couldn’t find any way on line of making this happen. As soon as Anniversary appeared in our greeting, another £3.99 was added. I would never use this firm again and would go to Interflora where I could speak to a real person.
