Product : As I didn’t receive the arrangement myself I dont know whether it came up to my expectations or not.

The only comment I would make is that I received an email saying my opder had left the florists and that I would receive an email when it was actually delivered. This email never came. As I am in Australia and the order was going to Scotland it did cause some concern until we finally heard from the recipient that she had received the flowers.

Service OK - but not sure what more I can say - I was not present when the flowers were delivered!!

Service rating : Bad start as the flowers were left on the doorstep and were obviously taken by a passer by which rather spoilt the surprise as I had to ask if they arrived. I was prepared for an argument but it wasn’t required as Serenata agreed for a replacement to be delivered the following day.

Service rating : I was very impressed with the communication attached to my order - great to know the flowers had been dispatched etc.

Product : The flowers were a gift - when delivered the driver was obviously in a rush as the box had tipped in transit, leaving a soggy unusable box to take the flowers home in, and some of the flower heads were broken. I believe the flower selection themselves were lovely, but spoilt by the delivery.

Service rating : Unfortunately the website would not permit me to track my order but when I telephoned my enquiry was dealt with promptly. Would have liked my personal message to have been forwarded wishing her a Happy Birthday etc-so she would have realised whom had sent them.
Product : The recipient trials grows flowers for a big company and was pleased with her Tequila Sunrise-but there was no card attached to say whom they were from.

Service rating : My sister had been diagnosed with cancer and this was an attempt to cheer her up, when the flowers arrived it was obvious the flowers had been roughly transported, fallen over, in disarray, some had broken stems.She has only recently told me otherwise I would have complained on the day.
Product : Once my sister had sorted the flowers, they were lovely.

Service rating : Having used this service for several years was dissappointed that this order was not delivered on date & time requested. Quick response to email had flowers delivered 2 days later on time and right date. This had peviously happened in April when delivery date was missed by one day. Have couriers changed????

Didn’t arrive

Was not delivered as apparently original order damaged and Serenata advised they could not replace on same-day order. My parents say they received lilies, carnations and babys breath.

Bought for a family member recently out of hospital. Haven’t seen them but told they are beautiful.

Beautiful flowers, some still in bud - just lovely. Would definitely recommend to others. This is the second time of using Serenata and I haven’t been disappointed.

When they arrived they looked great, but within 48 hours they wilted and died within 3 days, very dissapointed

Unavoidable problems meant the delivery was delayed but your way of dealing with it was fine and I was given a number of options.

Fresh flowers, long lasting, delivered on time. Can’t fault this orany of the other products.
