Soft, pale hues are well suited to expressing true intentions - and this opulent bouquet of
Avalanche roses, waxen freesias and snowy eustoma glimmering below starlight-tinted ornithogalum and a milky way of lilies and golden bupleurum articulates not only with candour, but with classic style.

Service rating : Delivery was on time, good service
Product : Slightly disappointed with the arrangement. Had to rearrange, few flowers were slight wilting. Not worth £129. Average rating for the amount paid.

Service rating : Was a little disappointed that the flowers were not delivered until 7 in the evening, however customer service was good

Their customer service is certainly not 24/7, I sent them an Email on Sunday and had to send another one on Monday before I got an answer.

We did not see the flowers. The recipient said they were beautiful, but what else would she say. It would be nice if the sender could get a picture of the flowers being sent with the receipt. We ordered from another service for delivery in Holland. The recipient send us a picture, and the flowers were not quite what we ordered, which is disappointing, but too late to do anything about it.
