I believe the flowers were excellent. The delivery was slow in that I was notified they were loaded and on way by 0900 but not delivered till around 1700. Thereby missing the recipient.

However despite selecting a card and inputting a message flowers were delivered with neither

They did exactly what they said they would do. And they delivered before noon on a Saturday. Excellent service

The flowers were left in a place that was not obvious and no card was put through the door, they were found purely by chance. During the hour that I was informed they would be delivered someone was at home, so they were either dropped without knocking or left after the agreed time.

The recipient said she never received the flowers even though I, the sender, received an email confirmation that they were delivered.

I was kept in touch with my order all the way through and this was very welcome as I ordered from overseas. The recient, Louise, was very pleased also and said the flowers were lovely.

This makes it so easy to send flowers overseas!

Service rating : Again, had a couple of issues when putting the order through, but eventually worked. Voucher code from the difficulties last time did not work though, which was disappointing. Not sure if the voucher they sent this time will work either!

Recipient was not happy that delivery man banged door constantly before she opened it. She’s just suffered bereavement so was very annoyed by this. But heard the flowers were stunning.

Recipient was very pleased. One thing that would have been useful when ordering the flowers would to have been advised which vase is suitable for the flowers as it is a little difficult to judge size etc online.

The flowers were delivered on time as promised. However, when I talked to my daughter in the evening she didn’t think they had arrived. I did say that if there was no reply to the doorbell the flowers could be left in the porch. My daughter saw the box and presumed it was part of the builders’ materials. They were carefully packed and watered so no harm was done.
