Sumptuous scoops of cherry-brandy, strawberry and lemon-coloured roses – oh, go on, be a devil, take some vanilla blossoms and raspberry Grand Prixs too – melting deliciously over a foliage cone and topped with pistachio-green bupleurum sprinkles. Irresistible on a hot day.
