If you need to know whether your gift has been delivered, or just want to find out the status of your recent order, then simply use our Order Tracking.

You will need your order number, or the email address that you entered when you placed your order. These will be detailed on your order confirmation email.

A delivery can take place between 8am and 9pm. At peak season events such as Valentine's Day and Mother's day this could in some cases be later

Order info can be changed up to 1 hour after placement.

if your order is being prepared or made up it's too late to do any changes to your order.

Please accept our apologies that your flowers were not up to the standard that you expected from Serenata Flowers.

We do have a complaints procedure to follow with any complaint regarding the quality of the stems that we use in our arrangements. This is due to our floral team picking the freshest of stems and the bouquet then going through 5 quality checks before leaving with the courier for delivery.

In order for us to investigate the issue further, we will require you to send us one or more photos of the product as an email attachment to csadmin@serenataflowers.com
